This app used to work okay but has now become totally unreliable. The App is not accurate re phone usage. I took 2 short trips. On both occasions my cell was stationary in the vehicle holder. When my car came to a stop on each occasion i switched off the location to end the trip. I noticed the speed increased from 0 to 5km as i picked up my cell in the stationary car. I received 4 stars and was penalised for cellphone usage.

App generally worked fine, but in the last approx month, daily trips to work and back are now 1 star when previously almost all were 5 stars. Harsh braking and harsh acceleration constantly. If I calculate the harsh acceleration, it works out to 0 to 100 km/h in 5 seconds! Super car stats for my ordinary sedan ! So frustrating !!

The Vehicle Inspection Form on android is giving an error while trying to upload the Inspection. I have tried a number of times, on different days, different WiFi connections and on mobile data. The call centre can't assist resolving the app glitch. They however gave me an email address to send the photos so that they can upload the Inspection manually. Sent email 6 weeks ago but system still shows my Inspection as outstanding, causing my premium to increase. Please resolve the android app.
