This app used to work okay but has now become totally unreliable. The App is not accurate re phone usage. I took 2 short trips. On both occasions my cell was stationary in the vehicle holder. When my car came to a stop on each occasion i switched off the location to end the trip. I noticed the speed increased from 0 to 5km as i picked up my cell in the stationary car. I received 4 stars and was penalised for cellphone usage.

I've downloaded the app multiple times and every time that I try logging in, it gives me the same error message, "Email address must not be empty. Email address is not a valid email address." even though there is no space to insert an email address (only an ID number may be inserted). This is frustrating because the website directs customers to the app but the app isn't working properly.

Your app does not work because it does not sync the customer's account info with the details used by the app's platform. The app therefore either gives an error that the email is missing when trying to register. Or it does not show the email account details once your IT department forces the registration to be completed .
