We’ve digitized your Dis-Chem Benefits Card for you so that you always have it when you need it. With your virtual card you can earn points every time you purchase in-store, view points (and their rand value) and even give back to the community by donating your Dis-Chem points to the Dis-Chem Foundation.

An added benefit is our virtual bonus card which lets you earn rewards for purchasing the products you love. Ratings and reviews

Terrible app, not user friendly. Crashes, freezes and generally doesn't work as it should. Searching for a specific product returns unrelated products, but when searching for different products, the initial product pops up. Delivery service is terrible and never on time. All round bad experience with the app.

An embarrassingly dismal attempt to copy the Checkers app. Dis-chem's digital touch points showcase an overcomplicated and unintuitive approach to UX. It's likely that the backend tech stack is comprised of complex, legacy systems. From the website to this 'app', there are severe shortcomings in basic functionality for users. Like many others I tried using this app but found it quicker and more efficient to drive to a store than to struggle with a terrible UI. I've uninstalled it.

Today I tried to sign in and went through a never ending spiral of verifying my details around 6 OTPs only to eventually be logged in and then be asked to login to my rewards profile. Wash,rinse repeat. Started to initiate the same process. I gave up. Withheld my purchase. Ridiculous actually how bad it is. Can't even find a search option on the landing page for product? The UI is just poor. Must be a strong candidate for the worst retail app ever. Right up there with Woolworths.
