Virtual Dis-Chem Benefits Card

We’ve digitized your Dis-Chem Benefits Card for you so that you always have it when you need it. With your virtual card you can earn points every time you purchase in-store, view points (and their rand value) and even give back to the community by donating your Dis-Chem points to the Dis-Chem Foundation.

Bonus Cards

An added benefit is our virtual bonus card which lets you earn rewards for purchasing the products you love. Our app features a sticker book that will be virtually stamped every time you purchase a promotional product from one of our Dis-Chem stores. Once you’ve earned enough stickers you can choose your FREE gift from the list of our bonus products in-store.

Ratings and reviews

The worst app in creation. Since this PoPIA prompt to log in, it's just a headache to get into the app to obtain something as simple as one's benefit card number. Fix your app so that we can live in the future and ditch physical cards. Take a leaf out of Clicks/PnP's book where no cards are required. One logs in on the app (with biometrics if set) instead of reverting to a webpage to log in before one has full access to your app. We are in 2024, fix your technology!!! I'd rate it 0 actually

Extremely bad UI, bad service, no way to cancel or amend orders without contacting customer support (at a telephone number that's on hold the whole time). The company also doesn't deliver your order during the time slot shown on the order. Extremely bad experience all around.

Something is wrong with this app...I reset my password several times since the changes and it keeps taking me back to the same reset screen when I log in. I can't even go to my prescriptions due to this app going in circles. Can you correct this please.
