Has potential to make things easier, but the app is so limited. Come on Easypay, you can do so much better! - you can click on history, but no link to pay again. - it doesn't link data to web based version so history incomplete. - it only has one payment method. I limit the places I've given my card data to and don't use Masterpass. So for me, with only 1 payment method, the app is a waste... Too many issues, too slow response (my original review 2022 & no change since). Deleting it now. Pity.

Excellent app, however all of a sudden I am unable to complete a payment. Its taking me to end till the Fnb banking app approves the payment, then it says "oops sorry we are unable to complete the payment at this moment". Is there any reason for this sudden occurrence. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but no luck. Don't know if its me or its a common occurrence.

Horrible experience, payment went wrong due to a 'system error' on their side. But, the amount was already taken from my account. Took a lot of hassle for over 2 weeks to get my money back. Service is not existent. Fortunately, there are better services around. Avoid this business, I will never use them again. EasyPay = easy gone!
