Unable to purchase since last night . No reply from chat and whatsapp no answer on the landline . No notice of banking change. no reply from EFT payment method . very poor. why have a 24 hour service when it cant be unhelded

I installed this app and been trying for seven month to get a email confirmation to use app, total waste of time registering to pay, I have no choice the landlord installed the meter in the unit I rent.

Can't use, won't take my email address. This company takes so much off your money for charges you would be better getting a key meter. We have no choice as my landlady got it installed. Doesn't even tell you how much you have left to be used. The meter and this app is useless.
