Maintenance Wizards is the field service app for maintenance teams, property managers and contractors who run on callouts, job cards and quotes.
Dispatch a callout, send it to the right contractor, and track it from acknowledgement to sign-off — all from your phone.

What you can do:

• Receive callouts the moment they're logged, with site details, contact and location on a map.
• Acknowledge, reject or reassign jobs with one tap.
• Capture job cards on site: notes, line items, labour, materials and before/after photos.
• Build and send quotes for approval, with itemised pricing and PDF export.
• Run site surveys and attach them to callouts.
• Map every site, job and contractor so dispatch knows who's where.
• Generate reports on job cards, quotes and contractor performance, and export to spreadsheet.

Built for the field:

• Works on phone and tablet.
• Uses your device's GPS so arrivals and job cards are tagged to the correct site (only while the app is in use).
• Secure login with optional two-factor authentication.
• Photos upload in the background so you can move on to the next job.
