Good day, the app is very helpful but I have a tiny problems. The time interval is 2 hours behind on trips. For instance my alert for ignition off/on, will be displaying 07:45 while it's actually 09:45, how do I correct this? Also it doesn't show when the car is moving. I'm saying this because sometimes the car will be driven by someone else so I wouldn't know if the car is been stolen. Sometimes it says unable to connect and doesn't open. Some days it doesn't record some trips.

Absolutely fantastic. A tracking system and company which are actually working, together as a unit. Thank you Netstar for the upgrade and constant surveillance of the safety and security of the vehicles and the drivers and inhabitants. It gives me great pleasure to be a couple of years already with you. The change in technology to do online tracking gives me peace as I can ascertain the safe passage of my children as well. To the staff who so often call in to verify if all is in order, well done

I was very happy with the app until recently. It's not very accurate. And is very delayed with the notifications - sometimes up to 20 minutes after the vehicle starts moving! In an emergency situation or in the event of a theft, if I receive a notification 20 minutes later, what are the chances of my vehicle being recovered??? It also doesn't give accurate locations and accurate number of trip information - example, stopping at a garage and then leaving. It doesn't record that stop. Please fix.
