Phone calls can be received even if your myTelkomTalk softphone app has been closed, and your mobile device is in sleep mode which allows for optimum battery efficiency.
The myTelkomTalk softphone requires a Telkom IP Voice service and a selectable calling plan to begin making and receiving telephone calls.
