Ratings and reviews

I keep getting situations where I get the notification that the driver is on their way, when they most clearly are not. Could either an app or driver error, but sometimes they're driving around town (possibly doing other deliveries or goodness knows what else), or still waiting on the order at the restaurant when the app says they're already driving my way. It's getting to the point where I'm considering stopping using the app at all since I never know when my order is actually on its way.

I hate ordering from steers through their app for delivery. The last couple times the driver has taken just under 2 hours to deliver our food. It's ridiculous! We are 1.6km away from Steers and when I order to collect it's done in 15 minutes. I refuse to order delivery and will rather order from elsewhere. I'm very annoyed about this. Getting cold food each time is not my idea of take out.

I don't mind the app, it is honestly some of the better ones out there, but I have one issue that always annoys me. I never know where the driver is. Time and time again without fail the connection is lost with the driver from the very start. This makes it so unnecessarily difficult and stressful as I now have to constantly check when they arrive.
