Had a few problems with the app before, but this is where I draw the line. I ordered something small, but had to wait almost an hour for it to arrive. Barely a minute after I placed the order, it was marked as delivered, which it wasn't. I then repeated my order and waited half an hour for it to show it was on its way on the tracker. I called for a query and they said it was on its way. Legend has it, we're still waiting for the order to arrive. I'm very disappointed with Steers at this point...
