The app suffered from latency issues and I was unable to track my order despite being given a link to do so (it just displayed a receipt). In addition, the restaurant sent an incomplete order. When I queried it, they informed me that they would send me the missing item. I have still not received it.

This app is a good initiative but it has a long way to go, it's far from being better, I placed an order and paid for it on the app, and it me 45 minutes before I left the house to collect my oder, and when get there, the restaurant hasn't received my order from the app, I had to wait another 30 minutes, and that's when the restaurant received my order, and mind you I haven't added the time it took me to drive to the restaurant, so in summary the app defeats the whole point of its existence...

I installed this app expecting it to compete with Mr D. The ordering process was great. I selected my location as the delivery address but it did not capture my "area" as per the phone call with the branch. They had not notified me or placed the order an hour after I had paid! Also the app notified me that the branch had accepted the order when obviously they didn't. I expected more from Steers. Very disappointed in the app.
