About this app

With Telkom Pay, you can make payments, get paid, send money, buy prepaid, store vouchers, and more. Manage your money in your Telkom Pay wallet; you don't need a bank account. You also don't need to be a Telkom customer to use the app; it works on all network providers.



Sign up is easy. Verify your identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for your safety. This process is done on your phone with no paperwork or branch visits. All you need to do is upload your South African identity document, valid passport or driver's license. If you are not a South African citizen, you can upload your valid foreign passport or asylum document. You will also take a 'selfie' for your security to ensure you are who you say you are. Verification is instant, and if successful, you will be able to start transacting immediately.

Ratings and reviews

I'd rate more than zero if it was possible. This is just a piece of junk, it's impossible to purchase anything using a virtual card balance. Out of all South African merchants, online shops, this virtual card is unable to transact with them. When paying, OTP gets sent, i copy and paste it, this app fails. Mind you i have a positive balance on the virtual card and on the wallet. Fix this

Terrible. Nothing works. Mind numbingly slow. Scan to pay doesn't work. The virtual card gets declined everywhere. Im quite tech savvy and I know I'm not the problem here. The only thing this app is good for is that it's easy to transfer to EasyEquities but it takes ages to do this and anything else.....ugggh...do better Telkom. How is it that a massive organization that has been overcharging people for decades while providing a questionable service is not able to produce a better app. Just sad.

Good and nice, I like it but the Problem is :It doesn't work it's pay@ to pay hellopaisa order.. plus It should have any options to withdraw the money at any ATM or major Retailers. And also it's appearing black screen and your balance when you to buy a voucher, ( any voucher) Please fix those issues
