Worst app ever!! I've had to reinstall it frequently, then it still doesn't work. Time-lag for alerts sometimes (+-60%) takes ten or more minutes to come through, even when manually refreshing. The latest issue is that my login Password doesn't get recognised and if I try to change it, I don't get the OTP, not even after 30 minutes. If it wasn't for the insurance requirement, I would have cancelled it immediately and go without it, or check what CAR TRACK can offer me. So in short, RUBBISH APP.

I'm new to tracker and everything is going extremely well. Happy with the service. what i would to know is why does the app take ages to open? It seems the longer I use it the longer it takes to open. I want to deactivate the car guard but the app took so long I just drove off, the app didn't even open by the time my journey was over. Any help on this will be appreciated.

I have had Tracker installed on my old Isuzu for 2 years now. The best tracking device as I am able to keep track of where my vehicle is when we leave for other locations. Leave a trickle charger on the battery as the tracking system does seem to run the battery flat when vehicle stands for long periods. So far good. App is some days a bit slow. but in general it does the job I installed it to do. Track my vehicle. Satisfied with their prompt response when vehicle goes in for a service.They know
