Our SARS-compliant trip reports help you accurately record business and private mileage.

Worst app ever!! I've had to reinstall it frequently, then it still doesn't work. Time-lag for alerts sometimes (+-60%) takes ten or more minutes to come through, even when manually refreshing. The latest issue is that my login Password doesn't get recognised and if I try to change it, I don't get the OTP, not even after 30 minutes. If it wasn't for the insurance requirement, I would have cancelled it immediately and go without it, or check what CAR TRACK can offer me. So in short, RUBBISH APP.

I would have given it a 5 until yesterday. I had one vehicle and was getting the ignition on and off puahh notifications perfectly. I decided to have tracker installed my wife's car and that's when everything fell apart. Now the notifications do not work on either vehicles.. only via email but I wanted the push notification as it was working before. The staff at tracker have really been amazing and professional in trying to resolve hope it gets resolved soon then 5 stars.

app needs to be worked on. real time tracking is very delayed. Time it takes to update the trip on the app from when the vehicle ignition is turned off, is very very long. Reports generated from the App, doesnt allow for direct download, only has email option, which also doesnt email an actual report, just a blank page with tracker logo / emblem. the app user interface needs to be worked on for better viewing and user Convenience. (edit trip > notes > cant see note being typed)
