APP KEEPS CRASHING while attempting to complete compulsory self-inspection of vehicle within 48hrs of activating policy. Have to keep starting process from the beginning every time. Already attempted over 10 times to complete this task. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and wasted over 2 hours of my life so far getting nowhere. No other way to complete self inspection. MUST use this app that KEEPS CRASHING! So NOT impressed. Happy to cancel policy and move on from this nonsense.

Very easy to use. Access is immediate. No back and forth to your messages for OTP. Logging a claim is almost a pleasure! I had forgotten that i had the app on my phone and was stressing about lodging a claim telephonically or via the website when i decided to try out the app. I was surprised how easy it was to use. This app is brilliant!

The app is generally well done and intuitive. The low score results from the fact that - if you offer the option of a callback and after 3 times you don't do it , don't expect good ratings. If, when the customer calls and he is number 12 in the queue, don't expect the ratings to improve.
