DATA SOURCES
Data used within the AfricaWeather app is sourced from a number of data sources including observations from Airports and forecasts generated by industry leading forecast ensembles that use all major global weather models to produce the most accurate forecast available. Storm information is generated from lightning activity detected through our own high resolution lightning detection network.

I've been using this app with subscription for years. All of a sudden it stops working on the same phone. Opens and immediately closes The new version is utterly useless. It worked briefly even though the new UI is horrible. Recently it either freezes while loading or gives an error about not being able to update conditions. We should all get our money back

This was my favorite weather app until it crashed. I was so happy to see it had come back but it is nothing like the previous version. You cannot see a wind forecast. If you live in a windy city it is so helpful with planning if you know what the wind is doing. Previously you had a chart that displayed the wind, rain and temperature all in one which was very helpful. Currently there is one place showing the wind but if you click on it the app crashes. The iPhone version hasn't changed.

This used to be my go-to app for weather. After the original version became unusable I moved to a different app. Was very happy to see the new version roll out, but utterly disappointed in the actual experience. The simplicity of the old app is gone, and no widgets. I think I'll be sticking with my replacement app.
