Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

Had this been last month I would have given it 5 starts, but recently it constantly crashes and will not take tap payments. Unlike other apps, this one crashing means missed revenue. Hope you guys sort this out soon🙋♂️ I actually enjoy using yoco Update: crashes have been sorted, though it still will not let users tap. For that reason 4 stars

Good app, does wonders for the business, but the issue I have is the stock management tab. It doesn't record stock adequately when a sale is made, on some occasions or on a busy day, it doesn't seem to record and because I don't have a cash register or slip machine, I depend on the app to do that. Also if I can also track what product was sold on the stock management app, like if 5 cokes were sold today then I know that 5 were sold, that's my only complaint.
