About this app

As an ECD Centre Owner, manage your business, staff and learners on one app.

My Learners: you are able to enrol a learner, view and edit learner profiles, track fee payments, exit learners, assess learners, view assessment results, record and view learner attendance
My Staff: you are able to register new staff members, view and edit staff profiles, exit staff, record and view staff attendance, assess teachers and view assessment results
My School: you are able to add a class, update a class, view and edit the school calendar, view and edit the school profile, take an order inventory
My Communications: you are able to create notifications, access policies, procedures and templates, access ECD related resources as well as submit ECD related resources.
My Business: you are able to set your financial targets for the year, manage your targets, record income, record expenses, view monthly income statements, view the centre's monthly performance for GROW ECD centres specifically, you are able to view 5* performance
Me: you are able to view and edit your own profile
This is a mobile app that can be used on android devices but it is not developed for IOS.
It uses low data and you can work on the app without data as long as you periodically connect to wifi and manually sync the new data.

Ratings and reviews

I am a new user on Giraffe. Initially I could log in- and thought it to be a really cool app. But now, when it launches - I only get a white screen with the words "invalid credentials". I uninstalled and reinstalled the app about 4 times now hoping that it was a glitch. This unfortunately let me rate the app only one star. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

I would like to immediately input why staff members is absent instead of having to go back to edit Also the parent communication I am unable to check it ad the site head after teachers have updated it I should be able to check on this so I can give the feed back on effectively communicating with parents via the app.

Had some problems logging in but the grow helpdesk has been great in fixing the issue for me. Easy guidelines and professional service.
