Token Fold is a compact logic puzzle game about placing a set of unique tokens into slots using a small set of clear rules. Each level presents a hidden arrangement and a list of constraints that describe it. Your task is to deduce where everything belongs.





The rules are simple, but the puzzles are not always immediate. Some moves are forced; others are safe options worth testing. As you place tokens, the remaining possibilities narrow, and patterns begin to emerge. The game is designed to feel thoughtful and readable — no timers, no pop-ups, and no distractions.





Constraints include:

• Order — one token must come before another


• Not adjacent — two tokens cannot be neighbors


• Not in slot — a token is forbidden from a specific position


• Grouping — a set of tokens must sit together

Each puzzle has exactly one valid solution. Mistakes are shown clearly, and you can undo at any time to revisit earlier decisions.





Progression is staged and steady. Early levels teach the language of constraints.
