There loans are fast to be accessible but the following are the challenges: 1. bad language from the customer service .they don't have customer care. 2. the tenure should be increased from 8 days to 14 or 30 days 3.the Interest rates are high 4. the upgrading is not ok. are are promised to pay before due date and a promised amount but if you payback,they don't fulfill. NOTE: When customers are well treated and respected and understood when they have a challenge,better treat them well .

Good service, but bad app. It's seems nobodyvwants to upgrade it and allow customers to choose their preferred amounts below what is offered. Secondly, withholding an upgrade in tenure is really discouraging. They have the potential to do better.

they promise to increase the number of installments but don't and they even stop picking up calls,but two days before the due date they keep calling constantly and promise to upgrade you once you pay the loan before due date but once you do pay they the loan they block your number from calling them.
