The app is user friendly, I recommend for more improvement where we can be able to choose our own amounts less to the one approved on the app. Where we can make adjustments than to always get the whole amount, sometimes those amount are more than what we need. And as they increase the amounts I recommend they consider increasing the number of days to pay back.

When the app is operational it's very helpful but it jams sometimes. I've had 2 experiences where the app says withdrawal in progress but funds are not sent for 24-48 hours or even more. which is really tough if you need funds for an emergency. And the customer care couldn't careless, they either don't answer or they give a vague response on how Airtel money is down. I was left in a pickle the other day. Please do something about this.

It's a good app except that it does not offer a choice on the amount and the payment period is too short especially for bigger amounts....And the sales personell does not know how to speak to customers...they send you awkward sms' even before the loan is due... Train your sales people to have some respect when speaking to customers and teach them the words to use on someone...
