if I could give this a zero I would cause they said my package would arrive in 2 weeks or less and it's about to be a month since I've ordered it and nothing yet and I'm getting a other suit there is no way of getting in contact with them terrible customer service and don't hold up on there shipping time hope u read this before ordering from there and stop

My dress got here within the time period started, the material used is great. And I had no issues with the app.

I had order my dress with in the time period for the dress to be made and shipped plus and a week and 1/2 for it to maybe come late. My package wouldn't show up on the shop app, then when I realized the dress hasn't even been processed in time I asked to cancel/refund it. Out of the 2 ways to contact them and I messaged in total 10 times and they only responded out of 4 I think. They then shipped the dress anyway and now are saying I can't get a refund for a dress I can't wear anywhere.
