I can't see an option to create a sub-account anywhere on ZebPay, I can't even log in via the web, and there is no dark mode either—is there a specific reason for this? I want someone to speak to me over the phone immediately. They don't even respond when you ask for help, and they charge high fees; I would strongly recommend using a foreign exchange instead.

My experience with ZebPay has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I invested Very small amount.but for one month didn't do any buy/sell so they deducted membership fee of 0.00011800 as fee which almost 874rs. Initially they didn't notify me before deduction.My frustrating mainly due to My overall Portfolio value is 2100 for this small portfolio they deducted 874. This very very Worst. I Suggestion for anybody looking for this app for longterm Investing don't install

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience with the ZebPay app. The app is often slow and unresponsive, with screens taking too long to load and actions sometimes taking much longer than expected. For a crypto trading app, this kind of performance is frustrating, especially when timing matters. The customer support experience is even worse. Getting a proper response can take too long, and when you finally receive a reply, it can feel like a generic response rather than an actual solution.
