Ratings and reviews

I can't see an option to create a sub-account anywhere on ZebPay, I can't even log in via the web, and there is no dark mode either—is there a specific reason for this? I want someone to speak to me over the phone immediately. They don't even respond when you ask for help, and they charge high fees; I would strongly recommend using a foreign exchange instead.

ZebPay’s support has been extremely disappointing. After changing my device, I lost access to my account and even after providing all documents and proving my identity, the team kept sending generic replies that didn’t address the issue. Slow, unclear communication and no real help. Very poor experience for a financial platform. 1642635 and 1641401 have been raised. App asking for additional details and in the income section, that tab is blank and provides no options to add any info.

My experience with ZebPay has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I invested Very small amount.but for one month didn't do any buy/sell so they deducted membership fee of 0.00011800 as fee which almost 874rs. Initially they didn't notify me before deduction.My frustrating mainly due to My overall Portfolio value is 2100 for this small portfolio they deducted 874. This very very Worst. I Suggestion for anybody looking for this app for longterm Investing don't install
