I had a TERRIBLE experience when I ordered on the app. After paying for my order, I was told that the order could not be fulfilled for a reason that didn't even make sense (they could not communicate with me). This makes no sense because I have ordered from Debonairs in the past. Anyways, they were supposed to process the refund within 5 to 7 working days, but NO refund was made after the 5 to 7 day period.

The only thing I want to complain about is the app only shows two steps in tracking, Order is being prepared and delivered. Debonairs doesn't update what happens in between. So its impossible to track unless the rider is here.
