Ratings and reviews

I had a TERRIBLE experience when I ordered on the app. After paying for my order, I was told that the order could not be fulfilled for a reason that didn't even make sense (they could not communicate with me). This makes no sense because I have ordered from Debonairs in the past. Anyways, they were supposed to process the refund within 5 to 7 working days, but NO refund was made after the 5 to 7 day period.

Very disappointed that twice within the same week i have got different drinks from what i ordered via the app. It seems some things that are on the app are not in the shop and the shop gives its self the liberty to choose an alternative for me without my consent. Delivery time close to an hour for a distance that is less than 2 kms.

I placed an order on the app, they reported that my order had been delivered when it hasnt. latet called them only to be told they don't have the ingredients to make my order. so disappointed and this was after waiting nearly an hour. Debonairs kafue really let's me down all the time. wish yall would improve honestly
