This app use to work well with no any difficulties to check my contributions even other features including the balance in my account... But suddenly it just stopped showing me anything, whenever I try to login it shows blank on the screen apert from massage which says that the application is under maintenance. Not knowing how long will this take.

Very good and very successful. The only problem comes when making claims, it keeps on telling me invalid when ever I enter my SSN and password. I think you need to improve on this particular matter.

The app used to help me check my contributions monthly because l was receiving messages. But now l don't receive any information. And when l try to log in to check my total balance l am told there's no network even when l have plenty of data bundles.
