It breaks my heart to have an app which when first introduced was working well. It enabled me track my transactions without trouble though with a few bottlenecks. Once I was promoted to update and when I did that was it, the app could not function it keeps saying invalid error or your network connection is invalid. Needless to say it has become a white elephant which can not meet the aspirations of the customer.

Please employ some technical personnel to work on this app. It fails to connect to the internet. It's a miracle if you even manage to log in. And even when you do, it loses connectivity again so you won't even be able to check your account or make any transactions.

I love 💕 the new security features on the app such as transaction pin 📌 this is great, I suggest you add something like when someone leaves the app within 5 minutes the app automatically should lock 🔒 it's self, meaning if someone wants to access it again should login again with login pin , I submit.
