Instructions are hopeless. Which is the reset button for pairing? I guessed it but have not managed to pair, so have abandoned the app

I installed this app to control my air purifier 2 days ago and now the app doesn't work! Poor maintenance or upkeep on this app! You, the developers, got to do better. How do you expect people to download and use your app when it doesn't work?The app keeps crashing! And the looks of it you guys are NOT trying to fix the problem. You guys need to tighten up! SMDH😩😮‍💨

The app has a few bugs, but overall, I love the device and the app keeps me informed of the quality of the air that I breathe. The biggest problem is there are no instructions, you have to figure things out for yourself. The reason I gave it 5 stars is because I like the air purifier, and I am confident that they will work out the little problems. One more thing, customer service so far is great.
