Ratings and reviews

The app and system are not user-friendly AT ALL. It forces you to sync your phones contacts, but then uploads only 4 or 5 random contacts you DONT NEED. Then once you submit your "app contacts" when you set your account up. Only then will it update your contacts in app. But then it'll show them twice. For example. It pulls from my phone my spouses name and number. But then it listed it again from my accounts emergency contact list so she is on there twice now. Also, their cs is all but useless.

Product works.....EVENTUALLY! Messages are delayed in and outside of the app. More often than not, it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours to actually receive a message. However, it still time stamps them with when they were originally sent. Very disappointing.

So much money wasted all these years. Nightmare. The first device I thought was faulty because the battery would drain when it was turned off after a couple months, but the replacement did the same thing, even the cheapest phone when turned off will keep its charge. I bought this for emergency use. Also the device will not always send the messages as I found out by practice. And the battery life is a huge lie. Etc. so many things. Please avoid for your sake.
