About this app

PT Connect brings a company's clients and its team into one app. A client follows their project and talks to the people doing it. The team chats, reports and takes requests, and the sales team rings leads and follows them up.

PT Connect is for businesses that use the Pushpendra CRM platform. There is no public sign-up: you can sign in only if your company, or the company you are a client of, has added your email address.

FOR CLIENTS

• Your projects — progress, milestones and what is due, for each project or ongoing service
• Chat with the team — text, photos, files and voice notes
• Approvals — approve a milestone or ask for changes, from your phone
• Requests — raise a change, a new feature, an issue or feedback, and follow it until it is done
• Invoices — see the invoices of your project and pay them online
• Calls and meetings — ring the people on your project, book a meeting from the free times, join a video call
• Alerts and history — what needs your attention, and what you have done

FOR THE TEAM

• Project chat — one thread with the client, one the team keeps to itself
• Staff groups — for the whole company, or any group you make
• Tasks and timer — turn a client's request into a task, time it, and let the daily report fill itself in
• Updates and milestones — tell the client what moved, and ask for approval
• My work — attendance, leave and payslips from your company's HR records

FOR SALES

• Import leads from Excel or CSV, with duplicates and wrong numbers caught before anything is saved
• Share leads out equally, by priority, or leave them in a pool
• Call queue — one lead at a time, and the outcome written down after every call
• Follow-up reminders on your phone, with Call, Snooze and Open
• Every lead's full history, kept even when the lead moves to somebody else
• Deals, stage by stage, and quotations sent as a PDF link
• A won deal becomes a project, with the client ready to sign in
• Daily report and team dashboard counted from the calls — nothing to fill in

OPTIONAL, WHERE YOUR COMPANY SWITCHES IT ON

• Google Meet video calls and meeting links, made in your company's own Google Workspace
• Gemini, to brief you on a lead, draft a message or sum up a chat you have not been following

SIGNING IN

Enter your email address and you are sent a six-digit code. There is no password to remember. Your company decides what you can see: a client sees only their own projects, and a team member only the projects they are on.

PERMISSIONS

• Notifications — for messages, approvals and follow-up reminders
• Microphone — only while you record a voice note
• Camera, photos and files — only when you choose something to send
The app does not read your contacts, call history, messages or location, and it does not record phone calls.
