The app cant register successfully, the ID and the passport suze photo have been uploaded but its feedback is the photo maybe null at the same time its now highlighting that the email already exist but i cant log in -it says not yet authroized. Can you help on this...

The app and website can't even sign up my account (ID number already in use), and it's impossible to log in as it keeps saying wrong password or account does not exist... It's so frustrating, ZERO stars for me, not one!!

Been trying to register for the past 2months to no avail, these guys are not serious, I shouldn't have to call or reach out just to use your app. I work with app devs just to give you context so tried all lot of ways to register. You are giving me ideas of becoming your competitor just because of this.
