About this app
ZimboDriveShared is a separate testing edition of ZimboDrive for adults in Zimbabwe. It can be installed alongside the main ZimboDrive app.
IMPORTANT FOR TESTERS
This edition connects to the existing ZimboDrive live service. Sign in with your existing account or register using your phone number and SMS verification. Bookings, messages and account changes affect the real service; do not create a request unless you intend to use it.
PLAN A JOURNEY
Search for pickup and destination locations, choose points on the map and review the available fare before requesting a ride. Receive driver offers and agree a fare. Follow the assigned driver's progress and use the available trip communication controls.
SHEYA SHARED JOURNEYS
Explore compatible shared routes, review rider information and coordinate with confirmed participants. Shared fares and availability depend on the route, participants and live service configuration.
PARCEL DELIVERY
Choose collection and delivery points, enter recipient information and follow delivery progress. Approved delivery partners can record photographic delivery evidence.
DRIVER AND ACCOUNT TOOLS
Eligible drivers and couriers can apply, submit required documents and view review status. Account features include support conversations, trip history and backend-controlled subscriptions and referral information where available.
TEST BUILD LIMITATIONS
This build does not provide Firebase remote push notifications. Keep the app open when testing time-sensitive requests and messages; background or terminated-app delivery is not available in this edition. Experimental School Run screens require a compatible, enabled backend and must not be relied upon for transporting children during this test.
Location permissions support route planning, nearby availability and live trip tracking. Camera access supports optional profile, verification and delivery evidence features. Microphone access is used when you choose in-app calling.
Coverage, approvals, pricing and payment options are controlled by the live service and may vary. For help or account deletion, contact admin@zimbodrive.com. Privacy policy: https://www.zimbodrive.com/privacy-policy
