I was unable to set up and use the new app. The old app was very easy to use, what an embarrassment to replace a perfectly good app with something completely unusable!!! I go through all the steps: I give my phone number and receive a confirmation text and I enter the code which is accepted successfully. I do the same with my email which is also successfully accepted. I enter my full name and my CPF, and finally for the last step I accept the terms. Then I get "Unable to process your request"

"Unable to process your request". This is the message I got during registering. Can't do anything and will probably get a ticket. Update: now (when no longer needed) it worked and I got to step 2, where it prompts for my cellphone. I don't have a brazilian cellphone, so game over. Worst app ever!

Can't even register an account. Doesn't work if connect through a VPN outside Brazil. The SMS validation doesn't even arrive. And why the F. they changed a scheme with multiple providers to one mandatory one is beyond me... But, well, this is Brazil, so you can count on corruption being one of the factors on the decision.
