Ratings and reviews

Most of the times the app doesn't work. Often says connection with online banking issues, or simply just timed out. Same as its online banking web portal, most of the time will time out. HSBC China has serious online banking issues when accessed from outside of China. Extremely poor reliability.

It requires update quite often, which is very disturbing. The interface also keeps changing, difficult to find the functions I need.

1) It never opens. Unable to do my banking'. Compared to HSBC apps in other countries this is the worst. 2) Uninstalled it. Reinstalled and did not allow Locations and now I can use it.
