Functionality is good fairly easy to use, with my use my biggest complaint is the eInvoice which requires a lot of extra time to get information added. Honestly maybe a future update to add a auto fill function by adding customer call number to auto populate most of the basic info from call that has all the main information, which will allow us to add the rest to speed up the process.

App often crashes, doesn't decode Lexus VINs very well and you cannot go back and look at sent invoices. If these things were corrected it would greatly improve end user experience.

Not very happy with it it keeps kicking me off making me re login he's telling me that it's synchronizing which makes me take 15 minutes to actually get logged back in and I've had to uninstall reinstall multiple times within the last 2 or 3 weeks to make it work seems like when it's working good something gets the chance to make it stop working good
