As a person who loves to ha e control of my services, this app provides all one needs to have full control. Detaild breakdown with full information,l and additional added information for new or upgrading. You can see and control your account and services issues, making sure your services are never interrupted or down. App always works with no issues so far.

Very user friendly. Great for tracking data usage, checking account details and viewing latest invoices and such. Also upgrading and downgrading your package is very convenient and easy.

useless support team always promise and don't deliver.. I always get a new agent that means I always start from the begging when having a problem, that shows that they don't keep a record. I was promised to be help with relocation of my fibre which was already installed but instead I was charged R2500 for installation. I have to look for other service provider. I was billed while my router in not functioning that is when I cancelled.
