It's okay. Not terrible. Stable but it has a lot of unrealized potential- they have a temperature but the auto fan control only uses motion/occupancy to turn it on. They should have included options to set to run when temp is above a certain temp OR via motion sensor. I have to work around this in home automation software. Also annoyed that I can't control the light from home assistant.

I installed the new app (having used the old for a couple of years). It meant updating the firmware in the fans. I did this.... and... all three fans immediately stopped working. So, why the 5* review I hear you ask? Well, I called their technical support and they talked me through solving the problem. The technical support was wonderful... very patient with me, talking me through solving the issue. Anyway, the app works fine now. The improvements over the old are really good. It's slick, intuitive and now works very well. There are also functional improvements that are great for me... for example, I have three fans in three rooms each with a Nest thermostat. I can now pair each fan & thermostat and let them do their stuff autonomously! In summary, a great company, great technical support and a wonderful product!

Decent upgrade... Some suggestions for improvement. - Comfort settings temperature reading needs an offset option. Temp detected is frequently way off. Option to either offset the temp detected or override with value reported from thermostat sensor like Ecobee is needed. - Duped fan entries are appearing in app. Some with cloud icon, some not. - Fan speed options now linked to comfort setting. Max/min speed settings need to be mode agnostic and apply to manual settings also.
