So I'm not really sure what the text box has to do with the music output of the ai, if anything at all. I started by putting in the text box-Piano playing Amazing Grace in the style of Debussy. I got some kind of guitar accompanied by a drum beat, which was not what I was hoping for at all. So I thought if I changed the style to classical, I'd get something closer. No dice. AI has a long ways to go before it actually can respond appropriately to text prompts. I think my bandinabox can do better.

It's impossible to know if it's really generating music from your input -- and it offers no apparent way to change genres, moods, etc. ... It's simple and it looks nice, and I'm happy to find a developer who understands the ethical usage of AI, but this app has a ways to go. Uninstalling for now; I'll check back again someday.

This used to be a good app, but in the most recent update they've changed the terms of service to where you can't use the music it generates in any of your own songs without getting a copyright claim pretty much making the app useless. I mean a i is not ready to make complete works but it was good at creating a baseline for Music you create yourself but not anymore. Or as background music for putting your own vocals on. but again not anymore. now this app is just another money grab.
