Extremely dreadful app !!! Very hard to control if you are physically not around. Very disappointed. Never would recommend to anyone! Bluetooth would never connect back as I had to reinstall app due to other reasons. It's so hard to believe whole app was designed to may be connect to bluetooth only ONCE!??????? garbage !!

Useless garbage!!!!!! I downloaded this app to manage my emberstrip I received and I thought it was going to be a cool app to have, to be able to shut your tv etc off from another room is useful with argumentative children. But, this stupid app rarely ever connects to the actual device, even when accessed through the Bluetooth settings. Just absolute pure unfiltered garbage!!!! And WHAT GENIUS decided it was intelligent to make the VOLUME BUTTON turn on the unit 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think the app is fine, although I can see people getting confused with the pairing. What the app needs is a huge update on the looks, reminds me of an app from 2012 or something. It doesn't have to be super duper upgraded or anything but updated graphics would be nice.
