Ratings and reviews

When the PC/web page is used instead of the smartphone app, out requires a password update. When this happens, the fingerprint login on the smartphone app store working, with no means of re-initiating. Hope they get this fixed soon. Although necessary, long complex passwords on tiny keyboards are a nuisance.

Mobile deposit never works. I constantly have to reregister my personal phone and computer. Can not change password on app and it will lock you out until you change it on PC. All around dumb design.

Not easy to take pics. Other bank app I can take pics in seconds but 34 I have to hold phone for long time. Sometimes I use soda cans to put my hands on.
