So if you guys cannot verify something as simple as my email address, how can I trust you with my money? I have received the verification email multiple times and anytime I click on verify email in my inbox, I get a message that verification was unsuccessful!!! I had to do it multiple times before it was successful...definitely not a good start!! I noticed someone already gave similar feedback in the past but it seems the issue still persists.

It's been 2 years plus using this platform and all I can say is it's a safe place to trade. Deposit and withdrawal of funds (Naira) are smooth. The user interface is easy to navigate with helpful tools, stock news and updates. The trading commission is a minimum of $1 to buy and also to sell or 1.5% of the stock value which is on the high side for young traders. The 2-business-day delay thing on sales is also a setback. Not a good one for daily traders. Good for long-term traders.

I downloaded this app over a week ago and for four days now I have been trying to deposit via direct bank transfer but couldn't do so. I don't know why. It's telling me the account number is saved on the clipboard but I didn't see any account number there. It's so frustrating. I sent an email but yet to receive a response. I hope something will be done about this. The app owners need to do more to make it user friendly.
