I have gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. I have been trying to get 'cash out' since November. I have emailed and messaged them countless time and only receive vague responses. I finally got an out come in Feb. And guess what still having issues with zero response. If you having problems or if there is an issue . Just inform the person. That's all I'm asking is communication. But there is none . Very disappointed. Used this app for close on 5 years and never had issues till now.

They do pay out for sure, but the last few months it's been very difficult with withdrawals. The last few times I had to sent them e-mails to ask what the hold up was after waiting more then 3 weeks on those occasions, which means if I didn't send an email I never would've been paid. Went from 5 stars to 1 star real quick. Fix this issue then I'll change my rating to 5 again

I have not been able to get into the app for 2 weeks. I HAVE tried different wifi & data connections. I HAVE tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app. If I click on 'get back to site' it doesn't do anything Just when I was going to increase my rating there is another issue. Hopefully you're not going to respond with a generic, unhelpful response.
