Took a little bit of playing around and reading to get it working, but I did! Now I can answer my support calls from anywhere at all. The only thing I really, really wish (PLEASE PLEASE implement this) is the notification I get on my PC when someone browses my site, I can see where they are browsing. This doesn't have that feature. That's why I gave it a 4. PLEASE implement that!!

Notifications of new visitors is excellent, but it's missing a lot of features like canned messages or closing a chat that the web browser version has. Also the accept chat button does nothing :-( It allows a helper to respond but not claim the chat.

Everything fine need some important options 1. Need to copy the chat content. 2.canned messages not showing this Android app 3.chat notification shout not aduiable or not working. 4. Need to upload files .
