The Holy Bible Translation to the Current Language (TLA) is not an adaptation or paraphrase of any existing Spanish version; it is a direct translation of the biblical languages (Aramaic, Hebrew and Greek). The two official versions have been taken as the basis for the translation: the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia and the revised fourth edition of The Greek New Testament, both from the United Bible Societies (UBS) that are used in all our translations around the world.
