Smart Home - as it literally means - makes the home “intelligent”. For this purpose, existing technology is supplemented by modern sensors and controls and networked sensibly:
The automation and central control of the different areas of living simplifies the life of the residents, makes the house or apartment safer and saves energy. The modern, intelligent home thinks with you and can be easily controlled from the tablet PC or smartphone using the app.
The ProLiving® HomeCenter app is the key to the entire range of ProLiving® SmartHome Plus +. It forms the heart and communication center of the system. All the threads come together here. The new, intelligent technology is controlled solely by touch. The human plus, i.e. the human factor, which makes our system so unique, is contained in a video channel within the application on the tablet PC or smartphone. It offers direct access to personal assistance and attractive service offers.
ProLiving® network:
The app ensures that your tablet PC is permanently connected to the entire ProLiving® infrastructure. Current contents and technical updates are transferred to your tablet regularly and automatically. So you are always up to date.
Control option:
At the heart of the HomeCenter, the app enables you to control the most diverse areas of home and security technology via this HomeCenter.
For example:
- Remote control of the heating system, programmable heating cycles
- Change or adjust temperatures in the different living rooms
- Control living room lighting in terms of brightness and duration.
- Presence simulation through automated light and roller shutter control
- Automated ventilation mode via window drive in conjunction with temperature or CO2 sensors

- Home security system with alarm system

Monitoring:
Whether radio smoke detectors, radio water detectors or wireless cameras that can be installed anywhere and transmit the images to the HomeCenter - you have everything in view.
