Everything must be set up online 1st. So many people hav smartphones, should not have to begin mobile banking on computer. Removed and reinstalled app. No mobile deposit feature. Pics & Google show ability. I travel for my job. Credit Union is not everywhere. Big hindrance. Last, other banks give rewards for using debit and signing as credit. This union only does it for credit cards. No other rewards program.

No mobile deposit option. I went to the local branch to find out why and they told me after I deposited a few checks that feature would be unlocked. I went on 5 separate occasions to find out why there was no mobile deposit and each time they gave me some different excuse. After 4 months I changed to a traditional bank. If you want to bank like it's 1999, this app is for you!

I dont like how you cant sign in with banking information I shouldn't have to get on a computer first and them my Android phone this is a waste of time dont like it if I have a smartphone then that should be enough please try to address this most unfriendly issue.
