How to use the app
[‘Task’ function]
1️⃣ Create a dedicated map for each task
- Small-scale work: Order work from the app or create new work and register worksheets through search
- Large-scale work: Organize and upload work information as an Excel file
2️⃣ Work plan
- Register information on scheduled work dates and input resources
- Protect information by choosing to assign tasks and share entire worksheets
- After assignment is complete, enter each team member's mobile phone number and designate them as participants
(You can also designate yourself as a participant)
3️⃣ Record participant work details
- Start work after checking the worksheet
- Check completion of each worksheet upon completion
- Share status through special information and photos for each work site
4️⃣ Check administrator task status
