It works the way they designed it, I just don't like the way they designed it. Pending purchases don't get subtracted to show the available balance, so there's not an accurate running balance. It almost requires you go back to balancing with a checkbook, which is so out of date. Four stars because I like the Zelle option, though sometimes it doesn't load the page. Additional features are missing that I had with other credit union apps, like a budget creator. Very simple app.

User friendly and easy to use. Allows you to complete a few types of transactions. I like the instant balance option but there are several features/options not offered that other banking apps do. Update: I have not been able to make an internal transfer for almost 2 weeks. I keep getting an error for immediate transfers and my scheduled transfers just disappear.

I thought the app was awesome. Looks like now I have an issue with login every other day. Forgets my fingerprint and won't take the password. Can't tell you how many passwords I've been through because of this. Only for them to have all my old passwords on file so I can't reuse the password they stated was incorrect and doesn't register. Unsatisfied.
