The speakers are great, the app is a disaster. We have 2 speakers in different rooms, but it's impossible to play them individually without 2 apps/phones. If 1 is playing in 1 room and I turn a speaker on in the other room, then the 1st one cuts out. If I link both devices to play through the app then isolating them again is a pain. When linked, you have to press the off button on 1 device about 3 times to turn it off. Getting to the point where I'll delete one speaker fm my app - terrible app.

To the developers: You guys are SO CLOSE!! But this app still has some critical flaws that make it pretty much a dealbreaker. Which sucks because I really want to continue to invest more in your nice speakers and they're way cheaper than Sonos, but their app is way better. 1) A newer problem since a recent update is my music library on my NAS only loads about 25 folders at a time. I have to continue scrolling to the bottom of the list and refreshing to get 25 more. This means loading my full library takes forever and it DIDN'T used to work like this, so something broke and you NEED to fix it! 2) The app sometimes cannot find my speaker and more often can't find my NAS drive (which is hard wired to the router) 3) You claim in your marketing that you don't have all the streaming services, "just the best ones", but you are missing some of the biggest streaming services and the Spotify integration is clunky.

Wow, what a truly horrendous setup. I cannot control music volume through the music app or the Alexa app, I must use this. When changing volume, the device lags far behind the slider on your phone, so you might accidentally blow your ears out if you are just dragging the volume slider to the right. Truly, it's so bad that I'm going to have to return the stellar speakers its associated with
