The loss appraiser app is used for the mobile recording of loss data on tablets and smartphones for the VGH2000 Windows program. Therefore, access is only possible with a password. This app can also be used for other claims processing programs by adapting the import / export interface accordingly.
This damage appraiser app gives you the opportunity to carry out part of the work that you have previously done as part of claims processing on the desktop program under Windows on your smartphone or tablet on the go, directly at the damage location. In particular, you can in the app:
- Use voice input to enter longer texts
- Use the photo function of the device to take photos of the damage with the smartphone and integrate it into the database
- Use component data with appropriate texts and price proposals to record damage items
To the details:
Based on the existing desktop program, you can scroll through the risks that you have exported from the desktop program and imported into the app. After selecting a risk, you can see the associated processes and edit or add to their data - for example, save the names of the survey participants, comments, attachments, etc. directly into the corresponding database fields via voice input.
General data can also be viewed or, where appropriate, changed. You can also dictate the cause of the damage and the extent of the damage directly and save the texts generated in this way. A subsequent post-processing or even the previously necessary re-entry is usually superfluous.
The damage assessment is also possible in a similar form as in the desktop program and you can immediately see new values and current values. You can also use an extensive component table with 9000 entries to record the individual items.
Possibly. Photos already assigned to the process can be immediately supplemented with additional photos taken with the smartphone or tablet and therefore do not have to be laboriously retrospectively assigned to the respective process via a camera, memory card and memory card reader.
In addition, the app allows you to navigate directly to the damage location at the touch of a finger! For your planning of the visits, you can also have the satellite view of the respective damage location shown directly, as well as the information relevant to outdoor visits regarding rain or snow in winter: It is also often important to have a look at the traffic situation at the damage location that you are in App can do with one tap.
