With the DIV app, you can conveniently report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to inform you proactively and as quickly as possible about important information about the property entrusted to us.

To register for the DIV App:
- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the DIV App
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
