The app will charge you monthly even though it doesn't explicitly say that it's a subscription service. Impossible to cancel. The website login page doesn't work. No function to cancel from the app itself.

The audiobook crashes while running. When I reopen it, the book doesn't resume from where it left off. They definitely don't issue refunds. Unreliable, a money trap.
