Continue to get an error saying it can not connect to the internet despite there being no issues with the internet. I've updated my phone, restarted the internet, deleted/re-downloaded the app, and restarted my phone, but nothing fixes it. They have no one on their CS team available over the weekend, and now I'm paying for a service I can't use. Edit- I can access through my downloads, browse TV... BUT I can not click on any new content. Only content I've already watched.

The *FREE* TVNZ app is way better than this app. We have old school rural copper broadband and it doesn't cope well with data slowdowns. Loses connection to the server all the time. The My Favourites list is not easily accessible - it's hidden inside the account settings. When you look at the details of a movie in my favourites it returns you to the TV tab. When scrolling through movies and looking at the details it does a poor job of returning you to the right place in the scroll. Amateur.

This is the worst of all my streaming apps, unfortunately. Buggy and now won't play TV shows or allow search. Edit: This is really surprising based on how important this is for their business model, but reinstall and still bugged out. I've had to cancel my subscription now because I'm paying for something that I can't access. :(
