Very nice rooms. Between the hotel and the restaurant no one new what rules were being used and this was so frustrating as every time we went to the bar it was a different way to pay or you had to get the food taken to your room.

The Digital Check-in worked ONCE to get me into my room 👍It didn't work after that.... I had to go to reception and get a physical room key for the rest of my stay. Think I'll stay non digital for a while until these issues are sorted out.

Digital key is unreliable at best. It sometimes works but usually takes ages. Stood at the door holding my phone to it and nothing happens then all of a sudden it unlocks after standing there for over a minute. While this is annoying it's made worse when you have to use this in other areas such as in the lift which won't work until it recognises it. Not to mention if you have no signal the key doesn't work at all.
