Routine — Visual Day Planner for ADHD

Make your day easier to see, follow, and finish.

Routine is a calm visual daily planner designed for ADHD and neurodivergent adults, parents, and anyone who finds traditional to-do lists overwhelming.

Instead of staring at a long list of tasks, see your day as a simple visual timeline — what you're doing now, what's coming next, and how your day flows.

🧠 A visual planner made for ADHD

Routine is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is a general scheduling tool.

When your whole day is sitting in your head, getting started can feel harder than the task itself.

Routine turns your plans into clear, time-blocked activities with icons and colors, helping you understand your day at a glance.

Use it to plan:
• Morning and evening routines
• Work and study blocks
• Exercise and self-care
• Appointments and errands
• Family routines
• Bedtime and wake-up routines
• Repeating daily habits

👀 See your day at a glance

Your visual timeline is your home base for the day.

See what's happening now and what's coming next without digging through complicated menus or overwhelming task lists.

A simple visual schedule can make it easier to transition between activities and keep your day moving.

🔁 Build routines that repeat

Don't recreate the same schedule every day.

Create recurring routines and set different templates for weekdays and weekends. Once your routine is set up, you can focus on following it instead of constantly planning it.

📱 Stay on track with widgets

Keep your routine visible right on your home screen.

Widgets show your current and next activity so you can check your schedule without opening the app.

🔔 Gentle reminders

Get reminders when it's time to move to your next activity.

Customize reminders to fit the way you want to use Routine — helpful enough to keep you moving, without turning your day into a wall of notifications.

🌿 Calm by design

Routine is built around one idea:

Your planner shouldn't become another source of stress.

No complicated productivity system. No overwhelming dashboards. Just a clear visual schedule for the day ahead.

Perfect for:
